CRT SEPARATOR - DIAMOND CUTTING TECHNOLOGY
The MRT CRT Separator using diamond cutting technology is a high capacity disassembling system for Cathode Ray Tubes from TV screens and PC monitors. Like all other products in the MRT System portfolio, the CRT Separator operates safely, efficiently and in accordance with the strictest environmental regulations.
The system is a semi-automatic, reliable and cost-effective solution. Using a two-arm cutting station, the Separator has a capacity of more than 45 CRT units per hour (depending on the size of the CRT). When a four-arm cutting station is used, it is possible to increase the capacity by nearly 50%.
The MRT CRT Separator maintains a high level of accuracy on the cut which separates the cathode ray tube into panel and funnel glass fractions. As a result, it is possible to add more recycled glass into the glass melt, which saves energy and the raw material.

CRT SEPARATOR - HOT BAND TECHNOLOGY
The CRT Separator, using Hot Band Technology, is a thermal forced disassembling system for Cathode Ray Tubes. Like all other products in the MRT System portfolio, the CRT Separator operates safely, efficiently and in accordance with the strictest environmental regulations. The Hot Band Technology improves the heat transfer on the tube, achieving an accurate separation. MRT provide two types of Hot Band Systems: Automatic and Manual.
