The pre-granulated pieces of tyres flow into the Water Channel System which holds the immersed Screw Conveyor. As the metal and non-liberated rubber and plastic fractions sink they fall into the inlet of the Screw and are transported to the Fine Granulator, which is responsible for the final size reduction of the tyre scrap.
If a greater purity of material is required, Eldan offers optional equipment in the form of Water Separation Plants and Degreasing Systems that will ensure a much higher purity rate.
