Lay Out - Tyre Line
The E3000T Tyre Granulation and Separation Plant comprises the following equipment. This plant has an average input capacity of 2-2,25 tonnes per production hour.
Pos. 1 One Inlet Conveyor. Drive pulley Ø215 mm. W x L is 1200 x 7000 mm.
Installed Power 3,00 kW.
Pos. 2+3 One Super Chopper SC1412T with 1400 mm rotor length, 12 flying and 7 static knives. Hägglund hydraulic motor CB400 with 160 kW Power Unit. Separate electric power board, including stepless speed control. Standard rotor speed 22 rpm.
Including a Disc Pusher to occasionally assist by feeding truck tyres to the Super Chopper. The Disc Pusher is activated by an optical sensor, which is installed in the inlet hopper of the Super Chopper. If this optical sensor is influenced for a fixed period of time by a truck tyre being stuck in the inlet hopper, the Disc Pusher will be activated. The Disc Pusher is hydraulically operated.
Pos. 4 One Service Platform to be used during service and maintenance work on the Super Chopper.
Pos. 5 One Vibrating Discharge Conveyor. W x L is 1000 x 4000 mm. Installed Power 1,5 kW.
Pos. 6 One Inlet Conveyor. Drive pulley Ø215 mm. W x L is 1000 x 6000 mm.

Pos. 7 One Tumble Back Feeder to feed at an even, controllable rate to the Heavy Rasper. It consists of Heavy Duty sidewall steel skirts, structural steel support, an approximate 5 m3 loading hopper and a 1,220 mm wide fabricated rubber and steel conveyor belt, which is driven by a 3,7/4,4 kW electric motor through a Heavy Duty jackshaft mounted gear box.
Frequency variable speed control for precise flow metering.

Pos. 8 One Service Platform to be used during service and maintenance work on the machine.
Pos. 9 One Multi Purpose Rasper with rotor length 1200 mm and rotor speed 144 rpm . The rotor is driven by a V-belt transmission and powered by 1 pcs. It has a 132 kW electrical motor. The machine is supplied with 15 flying and 16 static knives and screen. The main housing is equipped with replaceable wear plates, wear rings and other components. Hydraulic, motorised opening of infeed hopper/upper housing and screen cradle.
Pos. 10 One Vibrating Discharge Conveyor. W x L is 800 x 5000 mm. Installed Power 1,5 kW.
Pos. 11 One Overband Magnet type DM1450. This Overband Magnet will effectively remove the liberated steel from the rubber granulate. Installed Power 0,55 kW.
Pos. 12 One Screw Conveyor, turntable, Ø x L is 300 x 6500 mm. Installed Power 3 kW.
Pos. 13 One Silo Type V4 with approximatly 4 m3 volume. The purpose of this Silo is to balance the output from the Heavy Rasper to the maximum input rate to the
Fine-Granulator. This is important as the load on the Fine-Granulator is dependent on the output particle size. Installed Power 2,4 kW.
Pos. 14 One Fine-Granulator Type FG1504 with rotor length of 1425 mm, rotor speed of
430 rpm and motor power of 110 kW. The machine is equipped with 18 flying and 6 static knives. The FG1500 is supplied with hydraulic opening of the upper part as well as screen cradle for easy access to the knives and the rotor and easy access for changing/cleaning of the screen.
Pos. 15 One Pneumatic Conveyor to Classifier PC10T. Installed Power 23,5 kW.
Pos. 16 One Service Platform (mobile type) to be used during service and maintenance work on the Classifiers PC10 & PC15.
Pos. 17 One Classifier type PC10T. The Classifier consists of screen layer for textile separation and a bottom tray. Bouncing rubber balls will effectively keep the screens from clogging. Screens are very easily replaced. The Screening Area is approximately
1,6 m2. At the Classifier approximately 40 - 50% of the textile is removed.

Pos. 18 One Overband Magnet type DM1450. This Overband Magnet will effectively remove the liberated steel from the rubber granulate. Installed Power 0,55 kW.
Pos. 19 One Fine-Granulator FG1504, similar to Pos. 14.
Pos. 20 One Pneumatic Conveyor to Classifier PC15. Installed Power 23,5 kW.
Pos. 21 One Classifier type PC15T. The Classifier will effectively remove the textile fraction from the rubber granulate. It consists of two layers of screens with bottom trays arranged in a vertical stack - the upper screens with round holes and a blank bottom tray.
Motor Power: 0,75 kW.
Pos. 22 One Vibrating Discharge Conveyor. W x L is 600 x 2000 mm.
Installed Power 0,55 kW.
Pos. 23 One Drum Magnet for steel removal. Installed Power 0,55 kW.
Pos. 24 One Pneumatic Conveyor to the Aspirator UP1750. Installed Power 6,25 kW.
Pos. 25 One Aspirator type UP1750. The Aspirator is designed to separate the textile from the granulated rubber products and classify the rubber into three sizes. Total Screening Area approximately 14 m2. Installed Power 2,42 kW.
Pos. 26 One Service Platform to be used during service and maintenance work on the Aspirator UP1750.
Pos. 27 One Pneumatic Conveyor. Installed Power 6,25 kW.
