Lay Out - Refrigerator Line
The Eldan Refrigerator Line comprises the following equipment. This plant has a capacity of 70 - 80 standard European Refrigerators per operating hour.

Pos. 1 One manual Vacuum Lift for unloading and handling the refrigerators from the unloading area to the Vertical Working Tables.
One Vertical Working Table to be used for the manual removal of compressors, gasses and oil.
One Inlet Conveyor with dimensions 1000 x 3000 mm for transporting the refrigerators from the Vertical Working Table to the Roller Conveyor.
Pos. 2 One CFC/Oil Suction Unit. Suitable for flammable (Isobutane, propane) and non-flammable refrigerants (R12) with a capacity of 30-80 refrigerators per hour, completely skid mounted, including internal piping, insulation and wiring. Installed Power 7,5 kW.
Pos. 3 One Roller Conveyor, to ease transportation of refrigerators before they are fed to the Chopper.
Pos. 4 One Inlet Conveyor. Drive pulley Ø215 mm. L x W is 14000 x 1800 mm.
Installed Power 3 kW.
Pos. 5+6 One Super Chopper SC2118 with 2100 mm rotor length, 18 flying knives and 10 static knives. Hägglund hydraulic power unit CB560 with 250 kW motor. Separate electric power board, including stepless speed control. Standard rotor speed 23 rpm.
Eldan Pusher to assist feeding the material to the rotor. The Pusher is activated manually and an adjustable optical sensor controls the movement of the Pusher. If the Pusher is stopped due to the preset hydraulic pressure or the overload of the input material, it goes back to the starting point. The Pusher is hydraulically operated.

Pos. 9 One Heavy Pre-Granulator type HPG165 with rotor length 1600 mm, rotor speed
120 rpm and motor power 132 kW. Supplied with 16 flying knives and 21 static knives and screen. The main housing is equipped with replaceable wear plates, wear rings and other components. Hydraulic, motorised opening of the infeed hopper/upper housing and screen cradle.
Pos. 10 One Screw Conveyor Ø x L is 500 mm x 5000 mm. Installed Power 5,5 kW.
Pos. 11 One Screw Conveyor Ø x L is 500 mm x 9000 mm. Installed Power 5,5 kW.
Pos. 12 One Wind Separator. Separates the light fraction from the granulated material. Light fraction material in this case is mainly PUR-foam material. Installed Power 7,5 kW.
Pos. 13 One Conveyor. Drive pulley Ø160 mm. W x L is 600 x 5000 mm. Installed Power 2,2 kW.
Pos. 14 One Overband Magnet type DM1450. This Overband Magnet will effectively remove the liberated steel. Installed Power 0,55 kW.
