For the safe crushing of mercury-containing lamps the MRT HID crusher is the best system currently on the market. The system is very compact, easy to install, operate, re-locate, and has the facility to be used as a mobile as well as a stationary unit. It has the capability to process all different kinds of lamps such as mercury vapour lamps, metal halide lamps, high pressure sodium lamps, arc tubes and CFL's.

After the crusher the products can be directly processed in one of the MRT Distillers or, if required, different materials can be extracted before distillation.
