Compact, Crush and Separation Plant (CCS)
The Compact, Crush and Separation System is a unique self-contained system designed to recycle discarded fluorescent lamps.
The entire CCS System is enclosed within a 20 foot container. The air in this container is brought to sub-pressure, thus preventing any mercury from being released into the environment. The exhaust air is constantly discarded through the internal carbon filtration system. The by-products are clean and create a secondary source of revenue.
The CCS System is fully automatic, easy to operate and has a proven capacity of up to 2000 tubes per hour (depending on the length of the tubes). It is equipped with a complete safety system showing performance data and alarm functions.
