OTR SHEAR - WOLVERINE


  

The Wolverine OTR Shear from Salvadori is able to process tyres up to a maximum diameters of 3215 mm.
 

The Wolverine Shear consists of a vertical hydraulic arm for shearing with a sash system. Shearing allows for reductions in transport costs and ensures sheared tyres are easily handled by to be handled by reductions The reduction is effected in order to make the transport cheaper and above all to be handled in the truck grinder of the common working grain equipment.

MINING TYRES DOWNSIZING MT-REX




  
 

The world’s most advanced off-the-road (OTR) tire recycling equipment. The patent-pending MT-Rex™ delivers the largest scale, fastest, most reliable, and most efficient tire downsizing solution.
MT-Rex™ has been successfully tested on OTR tires ranging from 47” to 57” inside diameter. Additional tests are scheduled on 63” tires.

The MT-Rex™ can downsize a 5,000+ KG tire in 1 hour. Run continuously for a month, one MT-Rex™ can downsize 720 OTR tires, which would generate nearly 4 million KG of downsized rubber ready for shredding.

BEAD REMOVAL EQUIPMENT - HERCULES 45



  

Bead removal involves the mechanical extraction of the harmonic steel beads that make up the supporting structure of the tyre. This operation prevents wear and tear on the knives of the next machine in the recycling line and helps to ensure a cleaner product. Salvadori's bead remover is especially effective as it removes the beads on both sides of the tyre in a single processing phase. The Hercules 45 Debeader handles tyre sizes 18" - 24.5" and has the following technical specifications:

Belt Remover The Belt Remover from Salvadori ensures the quick separation of the metallic belts from the tyres. As an option, the Belt Remover can be supplied with a generator.

Belt Remover with Tyre Cutter After the metallic belts have been removed from the tyres, Salvadori's Belt Remover with Tyre Cutter cuts the tyres in half to reduce storage requirements and transport costs.
