RUBBER GRANULE AND MULCH PAINTING
The term Mulch refers to recycled pieces of rubber that are coloured, dried and used in a similar way as bark: ideal for playground surfaces, parks, gardens, flower beds, paths and other green areas. Mulch offers many advantages over bark as it is a porous material that is self-draining, reduces friction and provides insulation.
The Rubber Granule and Mulch Painting Plant comprises a big bag discharger, conveyor and weighing unit, mixer, big bag filler and chemical heating unit.
INDUSTRIAL TYRE PRODUCTION
Salvadori provide equipment for the production of solid industrial tyres, such as is used on large waste disposal bins.
The plant consists of a Mixer and hydraulically-operated Production Press:

THERMO-ACOUSTIC SHEET PRODUCTION
In partnership with Salvadori, Arcon supplies equipment for the production of Thermo-Acoustic Sheets made from recycled rubber granulate.
The plant consists of a granulate loader, mixer, mould press and cutter/coiler. The plant produces rubber cylinders with diameters of 1000 m and a maximum height of 1520 mm. Salvadori's Thermo-Acoustic plant is ideal for the production of sheets of 3 - 10 mm thick.

TILES DRILLING
The tiles drilling machine allows you to make holes in the sides of the flooring in which to place junction plugs (ideal for a perfect anchorage between individual tiles).
Equipped with a rotary table, it automatically drills into the four sides of the paving in the following formats: 1000x1000 mm - 1000x500 mm - 500x500 mm.
MOULDS AND OTHER ARTICLES
In addition to the traditional range of moulds on the market at present, Salvadori regularly designs and manufactures moulds dedicated to specific customer requirements.
