Pelletizer
The Pelletizer is responsible for pressing the PUR foam into pellets. At the same time the remaining CFC gas is sucked out into the CFC / Pentane Liquefaction System.
The material goes on to be separated by an Overband Magnet, which removes the liberated steel fraction. The minimum purity rate at this point is 98%. The remaining fraction is passed over an Eddy Current Separator which separates the material into plastic and Aluminium/Copper fractions.
