Zig Zag Wind Separator

Eldan's Zig Zag Wind Separator is responsible for separating the light fraction from the granulated material. In Refrigerator Recycling, the light fraction that is removed is mainly PUR foam. This PUR foam is then transported to the Pelletizer where it is pressed into foam pellets.

The Zig Zag Wind Separator is equipped with a ventilator, bucket conveyor and air flow control. The separation speed ranges from 0 - 5 metres per second and can be controlled to suit the specific application.
