Water Separation Plant
If the cables contain PVC insulation (heavier than PE/PP) it is recommended to add a Water Separation Plant to the Jelly Cable Line. This will separate the plastic and copper fraction. By separating the PVC fraction for the Copper fraction it is possible to obtain a minimum purity rate of 94%.
Eldan's Water Separation Plant is a highly efficient solution to recover metal dust and fine wires from the plastic fraction after your metal separation. The plastic fraction coming from the metal separator is mixed with water and fed to the actual water separator. The metal fraction will be taken off and drained at the short end and the plastic along the front side of the table.
